Our expertise in marketing high-end iconic buildings has allowed us to work on one of Paris most famous pieces of Haussmannian architecture.

Strategically located on the corner of the Place des Etats-Unis, the Pernod Ricard HQ is a classic example of traditional Parisian architecture.

Our brand mission was to promote our asset as a Parisian Landmark to an International audience of investors and wealth funds. The creation of an Eifel Tower gold mark and elegant choice of fonts were the cornerstones of our creative process.

‘Leading the way’ is the strapline for this ground breaking, 350,000 sq ft multi-use development, a new complete-lifestyle destination for London next to the home of football.

We designed and created a full set of marketing materials which span the full life cycle of this project from the B2B requirements of the initial retail tenants to the B2C requirements of the end users.

After a break of several years, the Geneva International Triathlon is back. Thanks to our international marketing expertise, Saentys was asked to re-brand and re-launch this fantastic event. An iconic logo with strong vibrant colour palette was created to ensure immediate recognition and long term use.

We were asked to produce a set of multilingual sales tools for Crédit Agricole Private Banking in Switzerland.

We designed a high-end corporate folder with adaptable inserts which elegantly combined CA’s new corporate identity with works of iconic artists to give the printed material a refined, serious and sophisticated look.

The layout was designed to be flexible enough to accommodate German, Russian, English, French, Spanish and Italian content; quite a challenge!

This Art Deco building on the bank of the river Thames is an outstanding piece of iconic architecture and is home to a number of hedge funds and government agencies.

Our brief was simple, but by no means easy. Ernst & Young asked us to produce a campaign that would generate immediate market recognition of a commercial property portfolio and increase its financial value. So we developed a highly visible brand identity that reflected the portfolio’s flexibility and worth.

An architectural masterpiece, Tour Oxygene required a full suite of marketing tools that captured not only the brilliance of its design, but also the confidence our client had in its product, services and sustainability credentials.
