Our brief was simple, but by no means easy. Ernst & Young asked us to produce a campaign that would generate immediate market recognition of a commercial property portfolio and increase its financial value. So we developed a highly visible brand identity that reflected the portfolio’s flexibility and worth.
And rather than producing standard commercial property brochures, we created high quality coffee-table books to promote the portfolio. Together with an investor-friendly website and online data room, the campaign achieved swift results and immediate market cachet.

In the midst of a recession, a new tower was born in France’s second biggest city. An architectural masterpiece, Tour Oxygene required a full suite of marketing tools that captured not only the brilliance of its design, but also the confidence our client had in its product, services, and sustainability credentials.
The sophisticated bilingual campaign we produced placed the end user at the heart of the marketing strategy, where every element was designed to answer the question: "What will this building do for me?"


“We want our brand, restaurant and bar to shine,” our client, one of London’s leading luxury hotels, told us. It was a straightforward brief, but The Landau restaurant and Artesian bar were opening at a difficult time.
To help The Langham overcome the challenges presented by the recession, we created websites that acted as windows into a world of culinary excellence and refinement – one that the hotel’s discerning clientele would find impossible to resist.

One of Moscow’s most exciting real estate projects, Belaya Dacha will be the first outlet village to open in the Russian capital. The bespoke brand identity we created for the development reflected this by blending traditional Russian design details with a modern typeface.

Capital 8 is the most expensive office development in France, and is home to the Rothschild bank and other leading international companies. We were asked to produce a coffee-table book that would showcase this first-class business complex to a global audience of investors and property developers.

CGI Immobilier, an established Geneva real estate firm, wanted to take a new and innovative approach to its marketing. So we used an exciting mix of fresh design, modern technology and social media to bring new energy to the way it’s perceived in the market.
One of the most exciting elements of our campaign is the monthly corporate film we produce for the firm, which is aired both online and on local and national Swiss TV. Featuring interviews with key CGI staff, the films cover real estate topics of interest to both professionals and laypeople to ensure maximise reach.

France’s second city, Lyon, is home to a growing business district known as La Part-Dieu. Within this vibrant setting, leading architect Jean Jacques Ory designed Anthemis.
A two-part building, Anthemis offers upmarket yet flexible office spaces, giving companies of all sizes the opportunity to base themselves in this prestigious area. In keeping with the nature of the development, we designed a set of high-end yet adaptable marketing tools that not only promoted Anthemis, but also supported the open-door days our client held there.
